As a property owner in Gates Four, you and your family are automatic members of the Gates Four Homeowners’ Association. The HOA is composed of all property owners within the development, and it is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are elected by the community. These board members are responsible for representing property owners and handling all business matters related to the community.

The Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Gates Four Clubhouse. These meetings are open to all residents, and we encourage your participation and input.

As a resident of Gates Four, it is important to understand and follow the rules and regulations that help maintain the integrity of our community. These guidelines, which reflect the restrictive covenants established by the original developer, are the foundation for how the Board manages and enforces the standards within our neighborhood. They are designed to preserve the aesthetic appeal of the area, foster a harmonious living environment, and protect property values.
